IMPORTANT:

Room rates are subject to Sanitation Tax of MXP$90.51 (or its equivalence in USD) per room, per night. Sanitation Tax will be added to the room rate at check in

The hotel reserves the right of admission in the event that guests arrive accompanied by persons who are not included in their confirmed reservation. Access to hotel facilities will be granted exclusively to registered guests.

Non-refundable bookings
FORCE MAJEURE "Force Majeure Event" means an unforeseen emergency including without limitation, acts of God, war, unforeseen government regulation, terrorism, disaster, strikes, civil disorder, pandemic including the outbreak of infectious diseases or illness in the host city or country, curtailment of transportation facilities or other situations beyond the control of the parties, and any government, health, or other advisory that travel, meetings, or events are not undertaken. If the wedding is canceled because of a Force Majeure Event, then the Hotel shall offer The Bride & Groom the opportunity to rebook the group within the next 12 months.

Inclusions:

Hotel offers the following services and amenities as part of the All-Inclusive Plan:

Breakfast, lunch, dinner, room service and snacks (private events not included unless otherwise stated)
Alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, bottled water, specialty coffees and teas at all of Hotel's food and beverage outlets during their regular hours of operation
WiFi in public areas and guestrooms
Mini bar drinks
Non-motorized water sports (where applicable)
Exercise facilities, daytime pickleball courts, table games, scheduled stage shows and mini club activities (where applicable)
Gratuities
All applicable taxes

All meals and beverages are offered at Hotel's restaurants and bars and are available during regular hours of operation.

Not included:

The following services are NOT included as part of the All-Inclusive Plan, except as otherwise provided herein:

Private Group events and meal functions
Private events and in-suite hospitality service
Meeting room rental fees
Audio visual equipment rental fees
Business center
Laundry and dry clean service
Wine and liquor by the bottle, sake and imported beer available at specialty outlets (for example, Japanese beer)
Spa treatments
Motorized water sports
Golf green fees, golf carts and equipment rental
Gift shop purchases
Telephone calls
Airport transfers
Medical services
Premium food and beverage items not specifically included in the All-Inclusive Plan
